The Return









The Return is a 24-page graphic short story made during the Space and Satellite data artist residency at Inspace, Centre for Design Informatics.

 The story references the way scientists measure biomass using satellite data and measures on the ground.

This project is shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2021

The book was riso printed by Out of the Blueprint in Leith, Edinburgh

I had a strong cyanotype period (as you can see) and loved combining that technique with screenprinting and, sometimes, etching. 

My love for screenprinting has not waned, and I’d love to make new stone lithos!

It’s about a teenager, a dog, and their unorthodox methods of rewilding.

Clouds





Clouds is a digitally printed 12-page comic.
It was created during a residency at Planet Labs, Berlin, looking at Earth observation from space.
